Plans, limits and billing

Free, Starter and Pro set the organisation's limits: websites, live pages per website, active surveys, questions per survey, responses per month, workspaces and team members. Usage is counted across all of its workspaces.

Plan & billing, in the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, shows each limit and how much of it you use. On the Free plan, the dashboard also tells the owner when a limit is close to running out.

The organisation owner chooses a plan, monthly or annual, in Plan & billing and pays in the secure checkout. The new limits apply as soon as the payment goes through.

You keep your current plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the new one. Nothing is deleted, but you can't add more than the new plan allows.
