MCP server · Pro
Ask your AI assistant about your Asklet feedback
Asklet has a read-only MCP server. Connect Claude, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Codex or Gemini CLI and ask about results, themes and reader comments in plain language.
Things you can ask
- “Which pages had the lowest helpfulness score last month?”
- “Summarise what readers said in comments on our pricing docs this week.”
- “Compare results across the themes on docs.example.com.”
- “Which surveys are live, and on which pages?”
- “How close are we to our monthly response limit?”
Set it up
- 01
Create an API key
On the Pro plan, the organisation owner opens Settings → API keys in Asklet, creates a key and picks the workspaces it can read. It is shown once, so copy it straight away.
- 02
Add the server to your assistant
Pick your client below and paste the snippet, replacing <your key> with the key you just created.
- 03
Ask away
Your assistant lists your workspaces first, then pulls results, pages and comments as it needs them.

Run this in your terminal, replacing <your key> with an API key.
claude mcp add --transport http asklet https://asklet.io/api/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer <your key>" Tools
All read-only. Your assistant picks the right one for each question.

Common questions
Which plan includes the MCP server?
Pro. On Free and Starter you can see the setup, but creating an API key needs Pro. If you downgrade, existing keys stop working.
Can my assistant change anything?
No. Every tool is read-only: it can read workspaces, websites, surveys, results and comments, but it cannot create, edit or delete anything.
What can a key see?
Only the workspaces the owner chose when creating it, inside its organisation. Only the organisation owner can create keys, and a key stops working if ownership moves.
Does it expose reader data?
Answers are anonymous by design. Asklet stores no cookies or identifiers for readers, and emails and phone numbers typed into comments are removed before they are saved.
Can a comment hijack my assistant (prompt injection)?
Comments are written by the public, so some may try to instruct your AI assistant. Asklet marks comment text as untrusted, removes hidden characters, disables links and images, and leaves out comments that look like instructions unless you ask for them. No filter is perfect: don't connect Asklet in the same assistant as tools that can send data out (email, Slack, web requests) unless every tool call needs your approval, and give each key only the workspaces it needs.
Why is ChatGPT not listed?
ChatGPT connectors only support OAuth sign-in, and the server uses API keys. Any client that can send an Authorization header works.
How do I revoke access?
Revoke the key under Settings → API keys. The next request with it is refused.
