Yes. The Free plan covers one website with up to 100 responses per month, and you can sign up without a card. Its full limits are listed above.

One reader answering a survey on a page counts as one response, however many of its questions they answer. Test answers you give while setting up are not counted.

Readers see a short "Thanks for reading." instead of the survey, and nothing breaks on your page. The limit covers a rolling 30 days, so the survey comes back as older responses fall out of that window - or straight away if you upgrade.

No. Your plan belongs to your organisation, and its limits are counted across all of the organisation's workspaces.

Yes, from Settings → Billing. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and your websites, surveys and responses are kept.

Yes. Ask within 14 days of the first payment for a subscription and you get a full refund, no reason needed. The refund policy covers renewals and other cases.

An annual plan costs the same as 10 months of the monthly plan, so you get 2 months free. Switching plans mid-period is prorated.

Prices are in euros, and VAT is added where applicable. Paddle, our merchant of record, handles payment and tax.
