NPS surveys
Run NPS surveys on the page, not by email
Ask the 0-10 recommendation question on the screen or article it is about, and see the NPS score, promoters and detractors for each page.
The problem
An NPS email reaches people days after they used the product, and only goes to the people on your mailing list.
A single company-wide score tells you how you are doing overall, but not which screen, feature or article is moving it.
How it works with Asklet
- 01
Start from the NPS template
It asks "How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague?" on a 0-10 scale, then "What is the main reason for your score?"
- 02
Show it where the experience happens
Assign the survey to a path pattern - the end of onboarding, a new feature, or your articles - and paste the snippet once.
- 03
Read the score per page
Results show the NPS score with promoters (9-10), passives (7-8) and detractors (0-6), and the reasons people gave are in the comments.
/app/** example path patternQuestions to start with
- How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague?
- What is the main reason for your score?
- How likely are you to recommend this guide to a colleague?
What you get
- A separate NPS score for each screen or article
- The reasons people gave, in their own words
- No mailing list needed - answers are anonymous, with no cookies or sign-in
Common questions
How is the NPS score calculated?
Answers of 9 or 10 are promoters, 7 or 8 are passives and 0 to 6 are detractors. The score is the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors, so it runs from -100 to 100.
Can I run an NPS survey without email?
Yes. Asklet asks the NPS question on your website or inside your web app, so you don't need a mailing list or anyone's email address.
Can I see the NPS score for a single page?
Yes. Results are shown per page, so you can compare the score on one screen or article with another.
Can I measure CSAT as well?
Yes. Add a 1 to 5 rating question for satisfaction to the same survey, or run it as a separate survey on the pages you choose.
