Once a site is live, an agency rarely hears how its pages work for visitors. Analytics reports show traffic, and the client still asks whether the new service pages actually help anyone.
A separate survey tool for each client means another login, another bill and another third-party script to explain in each privacy policy.
How it works with Asklet

Create a workspace for each client
Your Asklet organisation is the agency account. Inside it, each client gets a workspace with its own websites, surveys, question bank and results.

Add the site and paste the snippet
Add the client's website with the domains it runs on, then paste one iframe into the page template. The widget can only be framed on the domains you list.

Match the widget to each brand
Colours, texts, font and button shape are set per website, so every widget looks like its client's site. On the Pro plan you can remove the "Powered by Asklet" line.

Give clients read-only access
Invite a contact at the client as a member with viewer access to their workspace. They can read their results but can't change surveys or pages, and they don't see your other clients.

Common questions
Can each client see only their own results?
Yes. Add the client as a member with viewer access to their workspace and nothing else. Organisation owners and admins reach every workspace, so keep client contacts as members.
Are plan limits counted per client?
No. The plan belongs to your organisation, and websites, live pages, active surveys, responses and seats are counted across all of its workspaces. How many workspaces and seats you get depends on the plan. Client viewers use a seat too.
Can a client pay for their own plan instead?
Yes. The client creates their own organisation, which has its own subscription, and invites you as an admin. You switch between organisations from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
What does the widget store on visitors' devices?
No cookies and no identifiers. After someone answers, it keeps a short note in local storage for three hours so the same survey is not shown again on that page. The note holds no personal data, and our cookie policy describes it.
Can I white-label the widget?
You can set the colours, texts, font and button shape for each website, and remove the "Powered by Asklet" line on the Pro plan. The widget is still served from Asklet.
