About Asklet

Asklet is a feedback widget for websites and web apps. One snippet adds a short, anonymous question to any page, such as "Did this article help?" at the end of a post, and shows the answers page by page.

Why Asklet exists

Teams that publish content or ship features can count visits, clicks and scroll depth. Those numbers say what people did on a page. They don't say whether the page did its job: whether the guide solved the problem, the article explained the story or the new feature made sense.

The quickest way to find out is to ask, on the page, while the reader is still there. Email surveys arrive days later and reach the few people who open them. A question at the end of the page reaches readers the moment they decide whether it was worth their time.

Asklet makes that question cheap to add to every page, and easy to read across hundreds of them.

What it does

  • Surveys built from a reusable question bank: Yes / No, multiple choice, rating, NPS and free text.
  • One iframe snippet that works in WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Framer, any CMS that accepts HTML, and your own React, Vue or Svelte app.
  • A different survey on each page or section, chosen by the page's path.
  • Results per website, per page and per theme, with a weekly trend and every comment.
  • Organisations with several workspaces and team roles, and on the Pro plan a read-only MCP server so an AI assistant can answer questions about your results.

What it is built on

  • Readers stay anonymous

The widget sets no cookies and uses no tracking identifiers or fingerprinting. Readers don't sign in, no IP address or browser details are stored with an answer, and email addresses or phone numbers typed into a comment are removed before it is saved. There is nothing for readers to consent to.

  • Numbers that are hard to misread

Results show counts until a page has 10 responses, then percentages. Answers given while you test are kept out, and editing a survey never rewrites past results.

  • One snippet, no plugin

The widget is a plain iframe, the same on every platform. It loads only when a reader scrolls near it, so readers who never reach it never load it.

  • Data in the EU

Asklet is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the EU. Payments go through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, so we never see your full card number.

  • A free plan to start

The Free plan covers one website with up to 100 responses a month, has no time limit and needs no card. Paid plans add websites, responses and features as you grow.
