Organisations and workspaces
Keep brands, clients or products apart while sharing one plan and one team.
How they relate
An organisation holds the plan, billing and team. Inside it, each workspace has its own websites, surveys and results. Plan limits are counted across all of the organisation's workspaces.
Create a workspace
Open the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar, click New workspace and give it a name. Only organisation owners and admins can create workspaces, and your plan sets how many you can have.
Switch workspace
Use the same menu at the top of the sidebar. Everything you see in the panel belongs to the workspace selected there.
Work with several organisations
If you belong to more than one organisation, for example your own and a client's, switch between them from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. You can also create a new organisation there; it starts on the Free plan with a first workspace.
Rename or delete
Rename a workspace from Workspace in the workspace menu, and the organisation from Organisation settings in the account menu. Deleting an organisation removes all of its workspaces, websites, surveys and results, and can't be undone. Cancel any paid subscription first.
